We are selling the entire contents of the closed Ruby Tuesday in Stroudsburg, PA. All equipment, furniture and decor. The restaurant was closed in 2021 after operating for 20 years...and has been sitting for 4 years now. There is a little bit of everything, all of it in need of a good cleaning and / or repairs. Some of the equipment is operational, and some is not, so please read the descriptions carefully.
Vulcan double stack Convection oven, Vulcan 6 ft grill, Pitco double fryer, SS tables and sinks, (2) long SS beverage stations, salad bar cold plates, some reach-in refrigeration, older Hobart pass through dishwasher, Manitowoc ice machine, MetroMax Q Shelving, booths, chairs, wall decor. This is not a very big auction, there are only 164 lots, it will only take about 1 1/2 hrs from start to finish. Don't be late!
