Quilt Auction to benefit WellSpan York Hospital Auxiliary. Apple Hill Medical center in York PA is renovating and has donated all the quilts that are on display to the Auxiliary as a fund raiser. We are offering 44 quilts, all at least 25 years old, and several that are antiques.
The quilts are displayed at Apple Hill. You are welcome to preview the quilts during the facility open hours before the auction on Monday through Friday from 7AM to 7PM and Saturday 7AM to 12PM. Use entrance A to enter the building and circle the main floor counter clockwise, and then go down to the lower level and circle the floor counter clockwise again. Please be sure to go down the offshoot hallway in the lower level, as there are quilts on display there as well. It is recommended that you inspect during the daylight hours, the skylights make the space much brighter during the daylight hours.
